Still a great series, and Mark Teague has always provided enterta. After some local dog mischief and mayhem, Mayoral candidate, Hugo Bugwort, campaigns on promises to crack down on the unruly dogs. They use a lot of political vocal so in some ways it's kind of nice for kids to here around election time so they can ask questions about what things mean. They tend to run a bit long, and this one is lower on the comic value, which is why I've rated this one lower.
