verizon router g3100 not working


I went into the router and the router ethernet ports state 100mbps! Maybe this was a typo but you have the Ethernet from ONT into the WAN not LAN of at least one of the routers right? Yes, I connected directly from the ont to the computer and got gig speeds.

Your G3100 needs to be first. Of course on each end of that cable is an RJ45 Connector. Oh, and I am connected by one "new" cable Verizon installed last week from the ont to the router, no jacks' etc. The coax cable is plugged in properly and tightly, it is also not bent in any way to cause the outage and it is not kicked or moved when the outage happens.
