I see there may be hope for us after all. There is no manual done by Actiontec because Centurylink does their online "guide." I'd like to help out however I can. Thank you so much for taking the time to look at this.
Setup instructions, pairing guide, and how to reset. Is this how we interface with this thing through a serial console? I really like the layout of DD-WRT and I would like to use it on my Actiontec since the interface JUST sucks. (same cpu).
I noticed next to the ARM 20-pin JTAG header you mentioned there are six posts in a line.
It provides one of the strongest connections possible, though it costs quite a lot of money.
Any help on this would be great. I did a serach for Actiontec on the forums but those posts only spoke of connecting a linksys or other supported hardware to an Actiontec. Comes with original power cord and connection hardware.
Making a dd-wrt version for actiontec routers would be time consuming, and is not worth the time. Now that we have a bit more info anyone care to take a crack at this ..
